me too, but I think what it is is that the body gets used to a certain type of workout after time...I've got Jillian 30 Day ordered...gonna see how that works out :)

Glad you started this topic. Do you do cardio? I do and I still have the flabbiness in my belly. I do weight training on my arms and they are really nice and toned. It'd be nice to get rid of the belly flab.

I've been on here since Dec, and was on the 1200...I lost 19 lbs, but since April I stopped losing altogether, I even gained 4 lbs back...I have upped my intake to 1380 and changed my workout routine...still no loss..(no gain either)..If you wanna lose, do the 1200 for a few months...If you are like me, you will see…

If you're counting cals, and don't go over your limit, then yeah you will lose weight......but your body needs nutrients and exercise. Just because you're thin doesn't mean you're healthy. Of course treat yourself, but wouldn't it be better to have small healthy snacks all day instead of one gross Big Mac combo?? I know…

I just think some really over exaggerate the "calories burned" like who burns 300 cals cooking supper for an hour? Are you working in a restaurant? Or are they just grossly misinformed? Or am I the one that's wrong? If so then direct me to the kitchen :noway:

OF COURSE! I log walking my son to school back and forth several times a day, even though it's leisure. And not only that 20 mins of vacuuming, esp the stairs, is a burner...don;t use that excuse to eat a cupcake though :D
