Hi! To answer your question I was over 200 lbs after having babies, and calorie counting go me down to 142 after about a year. But I could never get past that plateau without low carb!!!

^^^what she said^^^^ Also, a tip from Atkins, if you are feeling dizzy or weak, it can be from lack of electrolytes, adding some salt (or "half-salt" which contains pottassium) and taking a magnesium supplement can really make you feel better. Hang in there, it passes, promise!

On day #2 of attack. Lost two lbs yesterday, but I have been really retaining water this week because of TOM and thanksgiving, so no surprise. I hope to be down another few lbs by the end of attack.
