  • Good stuff! My hubby always gets in shape way faster than me - drives me nuts. I love before pictures- they are painful at the time but they force me to face reality and objectively see where I need work. I will take some right before I begin in a couple of weeks. I think it's back ordered...

  • Yup! This is me too! 5'6" and just want to be under 135, where I feel the best, for my Hawaii vacation in November. Trying for the balance between too obsessive and giving up entirely...is there such a place?
  • I LOVE JMBR because she manages to give me great muscle tone while not getting bulky. And it's fun and I sweat. But at my weight, I burn about 230 calories in half an hour...that does not equal a huge loss. But people also comment on how good I look when I am doing it.
  • Play around with your macronutrients. For example, try a day or two of keeping your carbs under 100g, but your protein over 100g. And hang in there! Sometimes when a plateau breaks you get a big "whoosh" and lose a few pounds!
