  • I basically ate only fruit for a week this summer in Europe - lost a bunch of weight, felt awesome, skin loved it. Calories matter more. An apple will fill you up way more than a piece of candy and have way fewer calories.
  • Dump her! This is only to be expected of teenagers. She is most likely just going to hurt you and your boys. She sounds spiteful and immature, not someone to be setting a good example for your kids.
  • Simple. Make healthier food for you and the entire family. Healthy can equal delicious, homey, and filling.
  • I must have breakfast. If you're getting hungry after your oatmeal and before lunch, try adding an egg. Protein takes longer to digest.
  • I cant find it on the site, but the mobile version has a lovely graph that shows both your daily and weekly net calories. I went way over one day, so I am trying to lower my other days consumption in order to keep my weekly average in the right area. In the mobile version it is under "home" and then "weekly".
  • I log the 20 minute walk to school, but not much else. If it doesn't take me longer than 15 minutes, its not worth it. If it doesn't burn at least 50 calories, its not worth it. Skip logging the chores.
