I've read about someone switching their scale to kgs, so that they can still weigh themselves but don't have to see the numbers in pounds. Progress pics and measuring tapes are good ideas too. You can eat more volume as a clean vegan. Veggies dont have many calories. Nuts do, so you have to be careful with that. I love hot yoga. It really helps you get into a more meditative state. So relaxing, and I can stretch deeeeep. Also, it doesn't really smell like you'd expect it to. A whiff of yourself or someone else maybe twice in a practice. Really, the gym is more stinky than hot yoga is.

It sounds like it really affects your life. I would remove it. After talking to my doctors and finding out the potential problems, and how long it would take to heal, and chances of pain remaining. I would hate having to give up hiking and such

google one. I have seen a nutritionist. She gave me a lot of information about food, and gave me food suggestions to help with other problems too (depression - fish/fish oil) etc. I didn't realize that my food was so off balance until I went to see her

5'8" ish, small frame, going for 140 to be smack in the middle of the BMI, with a good % of weight being muscle

I went to my nutritionist yesterday, and she suggested more fat to help prevent being tired and to have more energy. You likely don't have any energy from having too low calories, especially 2 weeks after your TOM when you are ovulating.

You might have just run into something you are allergic too - a plant or pollen. Have you changed your laundry soap? If so you might be sensitive to it. No other ideas, sorry! Best of luck
