No. They do eventually fade, but mine are lighter than my skin, just like any scar. Slightly lighter than skin is way better than purple. Mine are from growing, and I am not sure how long they took to fade, but way over 1 year. I did not use any creams etc

I say wash it, and make sure to moisturize. If you can, avoid washing your face until you work out. Washing a lot can cause your face to over produce oil and can create some more issues there but I think the sweat on your face would be worse and feel awful

As far as i know, the only issue might be dehydration. Marathoners often have beer after to replenish calories. I wouldn't worry about it too much, especially as it is not extremely high in alcohol content

You could try talking to her about all the problems being overweight can cause, and that you want her to be around to for a long time, for her grandchildren, or something else that is important to her.

I love black beans with salsa and avacado. You can add in corn, bell peppers, etc to mix it up. They are so good and have very little calories. You could also switch it up with other kinds of beans and veggies to keep it interesting

You're working out your lungs and heart more than your legs when running. In time, it will stop, and you can run for more time.

I always go with the lowest, usually just add the machine numbers. I'm loosing, so they're close enough for me - I'd rather spend that $50+ on some nice fresh veggies instead of another thing in the gym bag.

Try hummus and veggies Put some veggies on your normal lunch to give it more flavor variety (tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, whatever), and some spices. Use tuna or eggs instead of your meat. Use hummus. (I love hummus). Yogurt with fruit, salads, baked potatoes/sweet potatoes

I would suggest also going to a few classes if you can afford it, just to be sure that you are in the correct position so you get the full workout and don't hurt anything. Proper position is everything. If you cant, maybe put a mirror nearby so you can check your shape.

That happened to me too. When you are on the meds for a while and they stabillize, your appetite will come back. Give it about 4 weeks. If you are worried talk to your doctor. They even out everything, including the highs. Just hold out :)

You can buy adult gummy vitamins, I would suggest that in the future. For now, I would google search the amount in mg of different vitamins for adults and compare the amounts in your vitamins to that. Going over if definately bad for you, and can cause toxicity.

For some reason the one in NM is on some of the flattest ground available! It seems like there will only be 1 with mud, and it is at the very end. We are quite dry and the weather will be fine. So exciting!

I wouldn't count it, mainly because I would have difficulty figuring out how many calories that would use. I would however keep this in mind, expect a bit more weight loss, and give myself a bit more wiggle room with my calorie intake. I'm also lactose intollerant, and even lactose free ones are iffy. I suggest trying nuts and smaller portions of the shakes if you want to keep using those. Beware of using too much - one of my coworkers uses a lot of shakes and he smells just terrible. The whey protien makes the funky smell even more likely.
