  • Hello All:) I am 5'3" & weigh in at 163 lbs. My other measurements are: chest 39.5" waist 35" & butt 42"..... My goal is to (at least) lose 10 lbs, but mostly to tone up with muscle. [Especially in the TUMMY area]! I will post more measurements as we move along=\ but hopefully can change all this with hardwork & focus!:D…
  • i can't get into it either.. i like to feel the burn & know that i am getting a good workout.. I'm sure yoga does that but since I can't really tell i don't feel like its for me. so i RARELY go to that dvd. except when doing cardio x! :wink:
