Up until a month ago I was feeling the same way. Then I wrote out my rewards for myself in small 3-5lb increments. Plus I decided to concentrate on either diet or exercise, I chose diet first. I started this way of eating and loving it! Way better than Atkins because i can eat lots of veggies and fruits. I feel good have been weighing myself and the scale is moving down! Yay! Add me as a friend!!

Im starting over too! I know your frustrations and im right here with ya. about me...im 35, originally started dec.2011. I was 231#, i got down to 196 by may 2012. I started by calorie counting then switched to low carb (50 or less) this worked along with walking and doing leslie sansone walking at home videos..love those…

Holy crap, I will be 175 after I lose this 30 pounds and I haven't been that size since before my first child was born at 22! I am so excited...bikini maybe? ? Hmmmm, just might rock it for my 35th bday :)

Exercise everyday cardio and strength training, nothing fancy. But I tell ya, Taebo the new one with resistance bands has me sweating up a storm and sore in places I haven't worked before! It has helped my weight loss

I am busy mom to 3 boys and have another 60 to go. Started at 231 Dec 13 and now 203-205 changes daily. I will be 35 June 14and and goal at that date is 175...this is the perfect motivation for me!!

I had a bad tooth ache and had it pulled...for a week no exercise and eating like crap..fell into my all or nothing old ways :( getting back in track with this group...best timing ever!
