I weigh in every morning, but only record my weight every Friday. It holds me accountable and I don't freak out any more over the fluctuations or get too excited about big drops. It varies daily and I still lose half # to 1 # per week

You can do! It might be a little rocky in the first month, but once u get thru that you will find your groove. I too came back after falling off and regaining 30#. I have re lost those 30# since March . Hang in there! Feel free to add me as a friend ????

I am doing minimal cardio and free weights in my basements. My goal is to be strong and sexy! I'm gonna send you a friend request, I love seeing someone else into weights instead of cardio all the time

I am all in! I have a little more than 30 to lose but close enough at 40. you can add me as your friend. I log in daily, currently in a low cal program but flipping over to a low carb diet and adding exercise soon. I sooooo need the motivation to lose 30!
