I added exercise 1 month into my dieting, just so it wasn't overwhelming because I do that and quit. I started doing Leslie Sansone walk at home and it helps so much, 3 kids do it with me and love it (12,3,6). We do it in the evenings 30 min and wears them out! 10 bucks at Walmart! You can do it!

By April 31st with exercise and diet get to Onederland! Current 208.5 . So pending TOM doesn't muck it up, I think I can do it!

I feel the same way. I had an "aha" moment set my goals and I am not looking back! I felt so amazed and happy after I walked a trail almost 4 miles long that I hadn't walked in 10 years! I am truly happy for your success! If you need a friend feel free to add me:happy:

Hope this helps, but my weight went down to 213 and I kept up my usual diet and exercise and I thought for sure I was losing like crazy! Got on the scale and up to 215, 216, up to 218! What the hell! Si I kept up my exercise didn't log in my increased weight and had a great cheat day, 2 actually! Something got reset…
