  • I crossfit 10-20 minutes per workout cardio/weightlifting/horror....then do skills and such. I also swim an hour once a week. Losing inches! My workout yesterday was 8:09! I can tell a huge difference being back at it again after taking a year off!

  • I bought one at Walmart for $25. It is awesome and waterproof. I wouldn't spend tons of money on a HRM system. You can enter your workouts in myfitnesspal and tweek the minutes to match your HRM. It's actually pretty close though.
  • I love Ezekiel Bread which can be found in the freezer section of most health food stores. It has NO FLOUR....made from sprouted grains. It even has protein. It is very nutty and flavorful and took me a little while to get used to, but now other bread tastes flat and boring. Try it....
