  • Picked up swimming recently- love it. I'm horrible. Need to perfect my form so I'm more effective. Good full body workout!
  • Glad you started the skinny divas group. I don't think I will ever be "skinny" but I am willing to strive for "thinner". I feel the same way about my workout this morning, I only got to do stair machine for 20 minutes but it kicked my butt!
  • We can be friends! I am always wanting to see what people eat and no one wants to post their diaries. I have about 20 ish more pounds I need to drop. Goal is a pound a week until Thanksgiving plus a few extra! Hope we can be friends! -Debbie:love:
