It's definitely a work out. I don't know about XBOX but last year in one month I lost 10 pounds just by playing Wii Fit. Even with just Wii Sports you can really feel the workout. Now I use Wii Fit and Just Dance 2 to work out when I don't feel like going out to do exercises and it's working out great for me so far. In the…
