Personally I am not vegan BUT I do a lot of vegan cooking (especially baking) because of some serious lactose issues. Feel free to friend if you ever want advice about baking vegan goodies :)

I agree with this^ If your gym has an octane elliptical I would highly recommend using that once since you can set there is a resistance setting for working your arms too. I get a better work out overall on those ones, plus if you're tall they are made so your knees don't bump the machine. (Personal pet peeve) :)

General rule is if you're not up for a few hours, and you are not working out more then 60-90 minutes you will not deplete your stores too much. Just stay hydrated. :)

A pinch of xantham gum will give all of your smoothies a 'frosty' like texture. You wont even need ice cream or froyo. I used some in my plain yogurt, the flavor was a bit weaker than I thought but i also didn't use the whole package. I'm going to try it in cool whip next. Even people who are naturally thin are not naturally toned and can actually have high cholesterol and higher body fat % than you'd think.
