I'm tipping the sclaes at 280 or so and have lifted free weights for years....after a layoff I went from 20+ pushups to now I can hardly do a pushup....is that even possible or normal.. :ohwell: I am thinking some cardio and fat loss is what I need...work on the muscle later.... Is p90 an option...I can't do one pull up…

I just ordered the Polar F6 but was wondering how big the chest strap is.... I'm a big guy and wonder if it will fit out the box? :smile:
