Dzień Dobry from cold Massachusetts!

I have a goal of 25 gram of fiber (most days I hit or go over). I track calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, and the evil sodium. Not that I'll stop eating salty foods but if I go over the 2500, I make a concerted effort to drink more water. Processed foods have so much even when it is a sweet thing like Kashi bar.

When exercise doesn't feel like another chore.

You sugar free sweet talker! Bless your heart.

What an itty bitty waist you have my dear! Thanks for being on MFP! You rock and you roll and you are simply the best. *****Applaud********************************

Mine is set to pound a week. My body is a bit strange. Up and down a pound or two for a couple of weeks and then boom, 2 to 3 pounds gone.
-
Me too. Isn't it keen.

You seem to drink a lot of low cal energy drinks. Why not have some quality fruit juice (like oj or pom) with seltzar? Why not real Peanut Butter since you have the room for it in your diet? I second the Nuts suggestion. Not that I like avacado's but I have heard they are high in good fats.

If I name one, I've got to name 4. Grampa Leo in WWII as a Gunny Sargent in the Marines in the Pacific. My FIL Frank in WWII in the Army in North Africa and Italy (dropped in on the Pope after his division freed Rome) My great uncle Frank who lied to get in in WWII in the Army Air Corps. My "little brother" (all 6'6" of…

I would say you are not an elitist but a realist.
-
Thanks for being so observant!
-
Hey look at you!

Sorry for the dup post.

OMG. We are stretch mark twins. Great job. I've lost enough that all my skinny cloths fit loosely. But I have so far to the end of the trip that I don't want to buy anything yet that I can keep just for a couple of months.

Number 2 - Time. I have 4 kids and work part time.

As I've whinged and whine to My Fitness Pal Pals, I am frustratingly close. I joined in late June 2010 at 216. Lost 4 quickly and then in drips and draps since then. My new working theory is that my scale is possessed. This morning after all kids had boarded their buses, I jump on the scale, naked with an empty bladder…

Buy a pair of black leather pants!

Under 20 percent body fat! Fabo! Congrats!
-
I also find it odd. Even eating super duper healthy it is hard to do it under 1200 cals.
-
Congrats!
-
Now that is profound. Excellent advice, Tropicalkitty. You are wise for one so young.

I am woman but let me float some guesses. Men don't always date to find a gal to be in a relationship with.. It could mean, that the dude was looking for a "fun disposable chickie" to have fun with/no strings attached and after two dates he realizes that you are woman of substance would NOT let a guy play her that way.…

Great numbers! Congrats on all the hard work!

I second rml_16 recommendation. Arnold Double Fiber. Many of the higher fiber breads are more like 120 or 130 per slice. So the 100 cals for the amount of fiber is pretty good.

One of the true gifts of my Polish Heritgage is an appreciation of the wonders of cabbage. (Great in in homemade tomato soup). And if you eat it cooked, the gas is much less. And if you are used to fiber, than gas is less too. If you slowly cook in water it gets a bit sweet.
