  • Once per week is what I am making myself stick to - on Saturday mornings, too. If I wait til Monday morning than I run the risk of seeing the results of a weekend gone wrong!
  • Little victories are the greatest. Don't ever let anyone tell you they don't add up. I'm frustrated as can be that the number on the scale isn't moving but I'm determined to make this happen. Every healthy meal and snack is fuel for the fire and every completed workout makes me stronger. :happy:
