I have PCOS and insulin resistance, diagnosed almost 10 yrs ago. After failed attempts at Ivf a found a doctor with a holistic approach. Basically watch carbs, take metformin and daily exercise. Had a procedure called ovarian drilling ang got pregnant shortly after. It is difficult to lose weight but not impossible.

I added it under my exercises, got calories burned from a wbsite where you put age & weight plus duration.

stuffed pepper with ground turkey, seasoned diced tomatoes, garlic. Just cook everything in pan then syuff into pepper. Bake in oven until pepper is slightly tender. I think 350 for 15 min. Is what I did. Sometimes i throw in 1/4 cup brown rice.

That was hard. Managed 45 before my hamstring hurt realy bad. Did the rest in regular squats.

Done, 20 squat kick and 85 regular. Had to break them up into 30, 30,25. Legs are tired!

Only did 40 of these then 60 regular squats. Too tired afyer hill program on treadmill.

Done, those were the toughest yet!

When i wad having trouble getting pregnant I started taking metformin years ago and lost a little weight, started exercising and lost a little more. Now I've decided strength training and Lost 2% body fat in a month with zero wight loss . zumba is my fun exercise but i think building muscle is really what helps! Good luck!

I just signed up at a new gym and it's $ 35 for 30 min. Sessions. I meet with her once a week. After 4 weeks i lost 2% body fst and half n inch from hips. I think its pricy but have decided i need to start seious strength training. Up till now i just did Zumba. Good luck!

I'm 4 ft 11in and weigh 116. I was at 107 and felt pretty good so I'm aiming for 105 and we'll take it from there. Good luck reaching your goal !

I want to lose 9 more lbs to start with, bringing my weight to 106. Don't know if I'll happy at that weight as my lowest weight was 107 about 5 years ago. Anyone know what the ideal weight would be for 4ft 11 in medium frame?
