Nothin' but love here!

Are you missing fingers or something, or did you simply never learn grammar? And knowing nothing more of the situation other than JR's story (because you are not there to be a witness to it) by no means affords you the knowledge to state that your OPINION is "true".

Welcome, and yes, that's water! You can blame me for that one . . . :blushing:

Wow! Elite exceeds my personal goal, but I managed to get in a little over 300 this past week even with feeling super lazy on the weekend so what the heck . . . I'll go for it! Elite+!!

Apparently I'm a banana.

epa - same here. Normally what I type that is intended to be funny comes off rude. :ohwell: I just started C25K last week - treadmill at 0% incline wasn't too bad. Day two I decided I'd be "smart" and put the treadmill on the fat burn program which alternates the incline between 0, 1, and 1.5 % . . . ugh. That did not go…

Susan (susieq101178) 308 Minutes -> 1674 Calories Burned 71 Glasses of Water -> Average of 10/day (never under 8 on any one day) 35 Consecutive Logins I managed to go over my personal minutes goal, but under the calorie goal - that may change since I'll be using a HRM from now on for cardio. I'm really happy about the…

I looked around a little and two things are pretty unanimous - drink lots of water today and don't do anything strenuous. If they have any "treats" for you afterward, go for it, just don't forget to count them in your diary. Or, if you brought a banana today, have that instead.

Every day is the chance to start fresh! My back is bothering me today too - tight and sore. I'm hoping my workout tonight will help - guessing that flinging a 12 lb sphere around Saturday night may be the culprit. So, some of you knew I was frustrated with my lack of results for the past 4-5 weeks. I…

Really great info - thanks for sharing!!

Welcome to the weekend! It's crumby weather here in middle Tennessee so I went to the gym rather than take to the trails today. I didn't get crazy - still feeling the effects of my workout from last night. But I did manage to get in almost a half hour of cardio. Would have been longer but I wimped out on the elliptical…

^^ This, sounds like maybe one of the best ideas ever

Oi vei - I thought I'd be "smart" and set the treadmill to alternating inclines (1-1.5%) - Fat Burn setting, that way if I decide to take my C25K outdoors I would be more acclimated to terrain. Kicked. My. *kitten*. I didn't completely tank, but close. Still managed to run 7 of the 8 minute intervals, but had to zero out…

Mine is also set to 40/30/30

My husband seems to think the change in my diet and exercise has increased mine . . . probably just because of that one day I skipped a mani-pedi to go home and jump him before the opening day Cardinals game started . . . :blushing: That being said, yes, it may very well help. I still don't "feel" sexy or attractive, but I…

Why?

I'm normally not much of a runner, but decided to give it a whirl. This will only be my "Day 2", but honestly, I was shocked I completed "Day 1"! lol

Cin - that's AWESOME!! I'm totally jealous! rmhand - I hear ya on the "stinky boys". It's a gym day for me - NROLFW routine followed by C25K. I'm actually pretty excited.

Nothing revolutionary just yet, but I am watching my cholesterol and have found Egg Beaters to be a big help in this area. I still get some protein without fat and cholesterol. I even use it as a replacement in recipes that call for eggs - no problems yet. You'd be amazed by how many calories and how much fat you can knock…

I get the Champion capri pants from Target - they cover what I like to hide, but still fit so as not to get in the way. Bra top camis from Victoria's Secret and a slim-fitting long sleeve T-shirt over it. Keeps me covered, helps "confine" everything that needs to be, and is very comfortable.

Technically, none. But I prefer citrus vodka with club soda and a lime wedge. :drinker:

So THAT'S where I've been going wrong??

I had no idea you'd do something like that by hand - impressive!!
