When I went on vacation recently I was a little concerned, too. I tried to make sure I had lots of healthy, lower-calorie foods available for snacks, and when we ate out I chose wisely while still enjoying myself. For example, we went to a nice restaurant where I could have indulged in German sausages, schnitzel, etc...…
