what a deluge of challenges....seems like everyone has found a way to get around it (and congrats ex-smokers...been there...very tough). Way to go everyone...it's good to see that everyone has some sort of challenge to overcome (and have been successful). Have a great day!!!!

Goggles Ho!! i'm with you...lighten up and enjoy what you are doing. I've def seen a difference in the diet people and the fitness people going at it...one wnats to lose 50 lbs being given advice from someone striving for 0% body fat...probably a leeeeetle sensitive. same thing with me. I just use the home scale adn do the 3X rule. i will move the scale (fyi...electronic scales are HORRIBLE) around the floor to different place 3X's to see what weight is consistent. turkey sausage links...just throw a couple in the microwave. I HATED oatmeal but just started throwing some splenda in and now have it every morning. May be hard to gag down some stuff at first but remember there is a reason and eventually you will adjust.

dont give up...I've tried every crap diet out there and this is the only thing that has worked.
