I started my Juice fast today. I am going to go for seven days getting 100% of my calories from the juice. Logging each meal will be tough, just going to do a quick calories add for each meal with the sum of the fruits and veggies I use. Awesome info memega!

A better rule of thumb is take your current body weight, divide it in half and drink that many ounces of water per day. Example: 145 pounds = 73 ounces of water/day = ~ 9 cups of water (which isn't very much at all).
