I'm seriously in awe! You look phenomenal! Way to go!

Only you are going to know what's right for you in regards to "cheat days." If I feel like I'm in a strong place, I'm able to do a meal on occasion. However, sometimes my "cheat days" or "cheat meals" turn into "cheat weekends" or even "cheat weeks," because I have a hard time getting back on the wagon. I feel like I'm…

Fiber One Cereal and Fiber One Bars, Western Bagel's Alternative Blueberry Bagels with Weight Watchers cream cheese, Yoplait Honey Vanilla Yogurt, Skinny Cow Mint Ice Cream Sandwiches, Light String Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Special K crackers. I try to eat whole foods, but for convenience, these have all been helpful for me…

For me, the key to leading a healthy lifestyle= mastering the skill of getting "back on the wagon." It's tough, but you can totally do it. I had a crappy weekend and gained 3+ lbs, but got back on Monday. It happens to all of us. Hang in there.

There are millions of different things to do with dumbells. Just google some and practice at home. A lot of gyms offer weight/body-pump classes. Observing what every else is doing at the gym sometimes helps, too. :)

If it were me, I'd switch up the store-bought protein shakes for homemade ones. Slim Fast and others are high in sugar, and don't tend to fill me up at all (plus they are more expensive). I just blend frozen berries, bananas, yogurt, and some skim or almond milk. Sometimes I add protein powder, or green veggies (spinach,…

I am a carb lover, and I found these "alternative bagels" made by Western Bagel. They are only 110 calories, with 8 grams of fiber and 7 grams of protein for one bagel. The fiber helps to fill me up, and they are really tasty!

Skinny Cow anything.

I have one, and honestly, I never use it. Maybe I should more, but i just don't. I find that unless I'm freezing something and wanting it to last forever (which never happens at my house), a Ziploc bag or tupperware container usually suffices. Just my experience.

Yes. The answer is definitely yes.

First off, I couldn't love my magic bullet any more! I use it every single day. My new favorite is this Orange Julius Recipe- you can adjust the quantities to make it how you like: -Unsweetened Almond Milk -Frozen Bananas -Ice -Vanilla Protein Powder -Orange Flavored Crystal Light packet. So, so good!

Buy whole grain pastas (you should be able to find them for a couple bucks). Frozen veggies are cheap. I buy fruit when it's on sale (berries, bananas, etc.) and freeze them for smoothies- the varieties are endless. If you can find chicken or meat on sale, get a lot of it and cook it and use it all week- salads, burritos,…

When you exercise and add it in under "exercise," your daily calories adjust automatically.

My husband is definitely the same way, and I've found that there are certain things I can make that we'll both eat (he'll just have a lot larger serving). For example, he loves mexican food and so I'll cook some lean ground turkey (I think he just assumes it's beef), and use burrito seasoning on it, and while he puts his…

Cool! I'll check it out- I've never read it.

Keep it up. It gets easier the longer you do it. It about killed me when I started, too. ;)

I definitely want in!!!!

Me too! I'm needing support in my journey as well. ;)

I was the same way yesterday. But I'm starting back today and plan on sticking to it!

You just need to decide whether or not you're in a place where you can have these things in moderation. If you're able to have just one (and log it, and adjust your diet accordingly), then go for it. If you can't (like me), and they are going to sabotage your diet, stay away from them. We have received numerous treats from…

Totally motivates me! You should be really proud of yourself. Good job!

Freeze them and make these orange julius'. They are my FAVORITE! My toddler thinks they are the best treat ever and even my picky husband thinks they are delicious. Orange Julius: Blend together the following: 1 1/2 C. Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk Handful of Ice 1/2 frozen banana 1 packet sunrise classic orange crystal…
