Age IS a barrier and that's why your accomplishment is Olympian size! What determination and focus! I'm 65 and having trouble losing 30 lb so I'm glad I saw your post. I would LOVE to know your exercise tips! Thanks!

Greek yogurt is incredibly hi in protein, low in calories. Add some fruit/walnuts or almonds (the GOOD fat) and it's a b-fast that lasts u till lunch!
