It does seem to be getting a little easier, don't get me wrong level 2 is brutal, but I feel like I am much stronger than day 1.

Hi, I'm 29 and want to loose 70 + pounds. Feel free to add me.
-
I just did my first day on Level 2. It was tough, but not as bad as my first day on level 1. I think the hardest part for me was the walk out push ups. I usually only do the "girl" push ups, so I couldn't do the push up part, only the walk out with plank hold. I'm sure it will get easier though, just as level 1 did.

Hi. I need to loose about 65 lbs, feel free to add me.
-
Today I noticed that it wasn't as difficult and I finished every single exercise to the end, whereas on a few before (lunges) I had to take a break or stop 4-5 reps early. A little progress I guess
-
Side lunges with the raises are the worst. The lunges in the 2nd circuit are also hard for me. But the lunges in the 3rd circuit are by far the worst for me. Brutal.
-
I can't do the full push ups. I do the "girl" push ups well. I'm hoping to challenge myself soon with the full push up. I think as long as you make sure your bum is down and you are in a straight line .

sure, we can always use more friends. You can add me.

Day 3 and another exhausting exercise. Sure hope this becomes less exhausting.
-
I've just added mine. I can't wait for the post 30 day numbers. Here's to some hard and sweaty work ahead.
-
Definitely another hard workout, I can't wait for this to get easier.

Jillian definitely kicked my rear. I was definitely out of breath. I'm sure it will get easier, but wow that was an intense 20 min.

HI. I also find that MFP helps keep me on track with food and exercise. And on the days I'm not feeling too motivated, I read the message boards to inspire me to move my butt, eat a healthier snack or find a new recipe. I think this is great. And having more friends for motivation can only be positive.

Hello. I am from the province of Manitoba in Canada.
-
I'm definitely in. Does anyone know if there is a difference between the 30 day shred and the 30 day jump start challenge?
-
Hi Amanda. I have a 4month old and a 4 yr old and am looking to loose the "baby" weight plus some. I would definitely be interested in joining you in motivation.

Thanks!

Thanks!

is there a formula somewhere that you can use to determine exactly how many calories one burns in a day?

I've been with my significant other for over 11 years. He is 7 yrs older than I, and he asked me to marry him about 5 yrs ago, but I'm still not sure if marriage is what I want or need. We have raised his children together from a previous marriage and now have 2 of our own. We are already a family and I feel that I don't…

Hi Melissa. I am currently a stay at home mom (only while I'm on my maternity leave though) with a 4 month old and a 4 yr old, so I think we share some of the same struggles. I would love to motivate each other. I have 65 + pounds to loose.
-
HI, I also have a lot of weight to loose ( 65+) and feel like it is so far away. I could definitely use some extra motivators as well.
-
Hi Jamie, I'm here and am also in need of some good friends who can provide me with motivation.
-
Hi Patti. I do believe motivation, accountability, and new ideas from others will be key to success. Feel free to add me as a friend and hopefully we can motivate each other.
-
Thanks Ladies. I do also believe that I have to get the "junk food" out of the house. Or at least downstairs or somewhere where I don't know where it is or see it everyday. I'll try the water trick as well. Thanks again!

Hi Brittany, I joined MFP just recently as well and hope this forum will help me with a sense of support and accountability.
-
Hi Brooke, I'm new to this as well and have some of the same issues. I think we could definitely help each other with support.
-
Thanks for all of the advice everyone.
