Hmmm, good question. Shoes really vary per person, I would recommend getting professionally fitted for running shoes. You don't have to buy from them as they are more expensive - ie. The Running Room. I would like to hear other peoples recommendations on running shoes though, as I have yet to find one's that I'm 100% happy…

You can definitely see a big difference, you can definitely see that you are leaner from all angles. Your belly looks lifted, your back is definitely more toned. Great job, keep up the awesome work. Gotta love Jillian.

I recently bought this too, but haven't started it yet. I bought a whole bunch of her DVD's, so I'm excited to see how they differ and what results this one will bring. Thanks for posting this, I"m interested in other peoples results and how they liked it compared to her other DVD's.

Amazing job, keep up the hard work. BTW, what type of exercises does your trainer have you do?

bump, I'd love to hear other user's suggestions too.

^ I agree.

Hi, I'm currently a stay at home mom (while on maternity leave, then I return to the workforce in early August) who is having a lot of the same struggles. Having some additional support is always helpful. Glad to see some other mom's out here.

Does anyone know where you can buy xanthan gum? I've never seen it at the local grocery stores?

I'm currently in a size 16 and would love to fit back into a size 8 again.

Astonishing!

Almost speechless . . . . you are an inspiration. Way to go!
-
Love this. I appreciate the time you put into writing this.

Very well done. Keep up the good work

Amazing results, you should be proud.

Wonderful job, you are another inspiration.

You should not tolerate that language being spoken to you by anyone. And for someone who is supposed to love you and support you to the max, that is even more unacceptable. I personally think you need to have a nice long open conversation with your husband, and you should also go down the road of counselling. If he is…

I'm unsuccessful at finding the group as well. And I started day 1 today and was hoping to see what others thought of it.

I just finished the 30DS yesterday, and believe me the sore muscles will continue, but it feels good to know you are working them. And the results are amazing. I lost about 8-9 lbs, and about 7 inches. And I just started the ripped in 30 today. I love Jillian.

The link isn't working for me either, and I cant find it in the search engine either. I started day 1 today anyway, but would like to start the conversation in the Ripped in 30 group. Any ideas where to find this?

This looks so interesting. I also sent you a message JoJoDoerr

I say death to the sumo squats - I hate them. My legs burn after like 4 jumps. Brutal. I find level 3 to be the hardest, all the way around. I can't wait for it to be done. Although I had my other half take my measurements around the half way point and realized the he must have done the measurements wrong the first time…

Amazing results, you go girl!
-
i'm finding level 3 to be the most challenging, those darn sumo squats KILL my legs.
-
I'm still in and I'm on day 2 of Level 3.
-
I moved to level 3 today and man that was a challenge. It doesn't look that hard, but it its. I'm confident it will get easier though, just as the other levels did.

Sounds great. I was debating which video I was going to do next, and then I saw this post, so it's an easy decision. I'll join the ripped in 30. Yeah!

I saw this and just had to have them as my snack. Yum.

I don't really have an answer, but thought that I'd share that I was having the same issue. The site was telling me that 25 minutes was burning 339 calories (I'm heavier than you), but I just started using a new HRM and my readouts have been 270 ish. I was told the HRM was more accurate, so I wasn't sure what to use. So I…

Thank you so much for the inspiration. I am starting out somewhere around your 1st photo, so I'm hoping to have a success story like you within a year. Thanks for sharing. And like everyone else has already mentioned, you look absolutely AMAZING! It doesn't even look like you could improve upon your last photo - you look…

great job on your success, I hope to have results like yours.
