Day 22, Level 3 Plankety-Plank!

*BEEP*BEEP*BEEP*plankety*plank*plank*plank...yeah, take that Jillian Michaels! lol. These are my sentiments for Level 3! What was that? Are you serious Jillian? Those walking planks and side plank raises are NO joke! sheesh! And what's up with all that jumping (sumo jumps, rock star jumps)?

On a serious note, the pay off from all the planks and lunges (yikes): 22 days into this work out and I have lost 12lbs and 12 inches (the most being in hips).

Keep on pressing Shredders!

    Glad I can be an inspiration to the group:-) I started the Shred around December 20. I still wanted to be a part of this group because this work out is HARD for me and I need all the encouragement and motivation I can get!
