Today was Day 1 for me. Boy could I tell I was out of shape within the first few minutes. Wondering if I'll be able to do this every day for 30 days- I haven't been exercising for quite awhile! Level 1 done once, 4 days later...
Let me start by saying I have fibromyalgia and I assume this may be contributing to this more than anything but I'm not sure... I did level 1 workout on Tuesday, now Saturday, 4 days later, my calves and back of the knee are still in severe pain. I am still unable to walk normal so working out has been a no go since then.…
What wrong with me?! I have not lost 1 pound!!!
I have been doing 30 day shred for over 30 days, skipped a few (sick for a couple days), and took a few days off in between. I do not attribute not losing weight to this, but I have not even lost one pound!!!! I'm 24 and active and am 170, but need to be at about 150. I'm guessing it's my diet? But, I don't eat THAT bad?…

this was was back in Sept 13 when i first attempt starting shred the end of level 1 sept. 23 this was taken tonight feb.6 after 4 days completing shred and day 1 of ripped back in Sept. i started 30 day shred and got to L2D8 and gave up then i restarted on Jan.2 wish i took pics on Jan.2.
