Moving on to level 2...

Hey guys,

I've been doing Level 1 for over couple of weeks and I feel so good, first couple of days I make sure to master the right form of course for safety reason but still follow exact same routine it was hard at the beginning and i tend to pause not longer than 5 seconds and continue to push. Now level 1 is a breeze and my body is wanting more! level 2 here I come!
