Today was Day 1 for me. Boy could I tell I was out of shape within the first few minutes. Wondering if I'll be able to do this every day for 30 days- I haven't been exercising for quite awhile! Worried about injuring my back. Does anyone have success doing every other day?? Just curious. Anxious to see what my results will be after the 30 days,....

Hi Thanks for friending me. I am on about day 4 of the 30 day Shred. One thing I have done that I recommend you might do is take lots of body measurements. I have posted them on a blog entry and I will measure again on 16th June to see the difference. My tummy feels tighter already. Lets do this together and compare measurements in a month.0

I am on day 3 of the 30 day shred. OMG! My thighs and abs hurt to even touch much less move. I decided today to rest. Just take a walk instead. Just wondering, did anyone else feel this much soreness and pain after starting?0
