Thank you Jillian Michaels! Ihave never exercised for 30 days in a row and I am so excited to keep going on to my next challenge.

Here are my shred results. I have no idea how to post pictures, but if someone can tell me how, I can post them later :-)

    Great loss! If you want to post pictures you have to upload them to a photo sharing site like photobucket then copy and post the image code and change IMG from uppercase to lowercase. You did awesome.

    It's going! It's tougher for me that 30 Day Shred is. It's longer too I think. IDK but I get a good calorie burn.
