    I've been losing weight for about 2 months now. I've been religiously watching what I eat (with a few treats here and there) and going to the gym 5-6x a week. I can't take all the credit though...I've been meeting with a personal trainer 2 times a week and he has taught me SOOOO much! Soon I'll have to do everything on my own, but I know I'm ready and I really believe in myself. Today I tried on my old jeans, and all but a few pairs fit! I'm just so happy now! I've lost about 24 lbs so far (my official weigh in is tomorrow). Here's a few pictures...

    Well done keep up the good work, and exercise really helps....I haven't done any for a few days and I can feel the difference in my clothes and in my general well being - feeling sluggish.

    I have to say - after I started working out, I felt so much better about my body (even when the changes were just how I FELT, not how I LOOKED) I sometimes ahve a hard time not just ripping my shirt up and sayign "OMG LOOK AT HOW GOOD I LOOK!' *laugh*

    I will for sure do a run down of everything after I lay the kids down for a nap in about an hour or so...also, I'm 5'5" and I started at 194.8 and this morning the scale said 170.9. And thank you to everyone!!!
