  • Squats will do everything you want to your legs and butt. Deadlifts for your back... and just about everything works your arms, so I wouldn't worry about that. I do CrossFit and that seems to do it all. Good luck to you!
  • As others have already mentioned, just eat less junk and exercise 4-5 times a week. I try to keep my carbohydrates under 115 a day. This just means that I cut grains out of my diet and try to stick to homemade everything. The cooking has helped my hubby tremendously as he was having a hard time losing his weight. I am down…

  • I agree with the ^^ above assessment. I'm just curious. Are you nearly at your goal? When I was 10lbs out I couldn't lose it to save my life, but I cut carbs down to 100grams/day and it just fell off. If you want to cut weight, do more cardio. 3 days of weight training will have you gaining muscle.
