Had to wear a belt with my jeans last night. I was able to take them off without unbuttoning/unzipping them :) Guess it's time to buy new clothes

Besides what others have said, you could try Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack (or Killer Abs - this one is new and I haven't tried it yet). Despite the title, it works your arms and legs too. It is a mix of cardio and exercises designed to work your core. Depending on your starting point, I don't know if you will have the 6…

Been on vacation - did get one official workout in (just weight machines) but between snorkling, swimming, and a 6 mile hike I managed to come back at the same weight I left. Hope to get back on track this week.

You're losing inches and you are gaining muscle and that is great !!! You may be at a plateau which I think just about everyone gets to at some point. If you have been doing the same exercise/cardio routine for a while, maybe try to change it up a bit or add a few extra minutes. The scale was not moving for me, but then I…

Great Job. Did KB&T level 1 with ankle weights and 6w6p level 1.

Didn't get a workout in yesterday due to high school football game and getting ready for a yard sale and didn't get my workout today because of the yard sale (unless I count moving furniture and stuff for the yard sale). Hopefully will get back on track tomorrow as only one week until I go to Hawaii :)

Trainer had me do a tabata workout today - pullups (modified), pushups, kettle bell swings (20lb), and run lunges. For those not familiar with Tabata, you basically do eight rounds of an exercise - go hard/fast for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds so you are doing each exercise for 4 minutes. You then rest/walk it…

Did KB&T Level 3 and added ankle weights (5lb). I had to do the low impact version, but it really worked out my legs. Also did 6w6p level 2. Today I work with my trainer. 10 Days til I go to Hawaii :)

Like others said core strengthening and overall workouts (cardio). I have been doing Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack and despite the name, it is an all over aerobic workout (with a lot of focus on the core). I do it in addition to other workouts.

You definitely look smaller - especially in your face. Keep it up - maybe you can't do all the exercised in the video the first time through, but do what you can. Also, you don't have to cut out all the foods you love, just eat smaller portions and plan ahead so that if they are higher in calories, you don't eat as many…

I started with only about 20 to lose and it has been difficult. I was stuck at 15 lbs lost for a while - still trying to get the last 5. I lately increased my exercise routine from about 35 min a day to 75 min a day and the scale has started to move down again. Also, I got my hubby on MFP which has made it easier to have…

I would probably do it along with another one of her videos. I am currently doing the KB&T and 6W6P together so I think I would do the same with this one.

Thursday - KB&T level 3 and 6W6P level 2. I make it through level 2 :) although I had to drop to a lower weight for the 2nd time through. It is a workout for the arms and thighs as well as abs.

I continued working out through both of my pregnancies and ended up back to my prepregnancy weight within weeks of delivery. Just discuss with your doctor and make sure that you continue healthy eating. I did lose a few pounds in the first few months of being pregnant but I wasn't trying to.

I have pain in my right hip. The doctor diagnosed it as arthritis and said to avoid high impact (or as much as I was doing). Ironically, running doesn't bother it - I ran a 10K and didn't have an issue afterwards. You may just need to rest and take ibuprofin, but definitely see a doctor if it doesn't improve soon.

I have been doing Jillian Michaels - RI30 and currently am doing Killer Buns & thighs and 6 Week 6 Pack. Here is a link to a helpful site for dvds that give you some idea of the type of exercise and how long you do it. http://www.collagevideo.com/main.aspx

Sarah - hope things go well with your workout and your knees. I plan to do KB&T level 3 and 6W6P level 2 tonight.

Saturday (Sept 1) - KB&T Level 3 and 6w6p level 1. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

I have lost 1" from my waist, thighs, and hips so far. I can definitely tell that my legs and abs are toning up. I have 3 more weeks to go.
-
I have been completing both workouts each day back to back. Both incorporate cardio in them so it really makes you work. Each is about 35 minutes long including stretching so it does take just over an hour. Level 3 of KB&T is 40 minutes so my workouts have been 75 minutes long this week.

Got in KB&T(level 3) and 6W6P (level 1) yesterday and plan to do again today. On Sunday I will move to level 2 of 6w6p - any words of advice out there? I have already lost 1" in my waist.
-
Got through KB&T level 3 and 6W6P level 1. A few more days and I will move up to level 2 on that.
-
Did KB&T Level 3 today for the first time - made it through. Also did 6W6P level 1. But I ate out at lunch today and went over on calories and sodium :(
-
Did KB&T Level 2 and 6W6P Level 1. Going to move to KB&T Level 3 tomorrow.
-
Didn't get a JM workout in today, but I did do yard work and cleaned some.
-
Got up Friday and made it through KB&T level 2 and 6w6p level 1. Going to try to do both again today.
-
Nothing special - we began weekends of football & cheer competitions last night - my daughter cheers for varsity football as well as competition squad at her school and my son is in marching band at college so our weekends are pretty much booked. Still planning my Jillian workouts.
-
Made it through Killer Buns & Thighs level 2 today, but didn't get to six week six pack. Hope I can do both tomorrow.
-
I have had someone say that ice cream is good for you since it contains milk. Same person also said a Wendy's hamburger is good because you cover several food groups (meat, vegetables - lettuce and tomato, bread, dairy - cheese). sadly misinformed.

Yesterday (Wed 8/22) I did Killer Buns & Thighs level 2 and Six week six pack level 1. I plan to do the same today. Sarah - I hope your knees get to feeling better.
