  • I just have Zumba 2 for Wii. I get water during the small breaks. I think you can pause (pressing B or home on the remote). I do think the graphics are a little dull, but I love the fact that it gives you some type of confirmation that it is registering your movements.

  • I like this one. My daughter was making Key Lime pie and it called for egg yolks (no whites). I was making a cheesecake so instead of using the whole egg, I just used the egg whites so they wouldn't be wasted. Did a little to lower the calories in the cheesecake.
  • I agree with what others have said. Make sure that you eat breakfast - something that I used to not do. It made a difference in how I felt in the morning (gave me more energy) and helped space my calories out during the day.
