I would agree you are eating too little. I don't like to eat back all my caloires i just can't do it. But, i try to eat back about half. If you ate back half and were under sedentary (1200 calories a day) then by my calculations you should be having around 2300 per day. So, i would say you are too low. Hair loss should be…

i was a little bigger (225lbs size 18) and i have lost 25. I am down a size in pants and notice some things quite a bit. But, i have not had people who dont know i'm trying to lose weight ask me yet if i have lost weight. I think it all depends on start weight, how you carry weight and how much you lose. My husband has…

There are videos online on how to do it. I would check those out :) I have wanted to try it too!

Almonds and other nuts have a ton of cancer fighting properties. Whole foods. Little to no sugar. An alkaline environment makes cancer die. It's impossible for it to grow in it. Avocados, lemons. Especially lemon water in the morning. Cucumbers. As much organic as possible. Low levels of dairy.

Kiwis have more than a banana i have heard. But, too much i think can be bad for your kidneys? hopefully you have researched. Balance is important. Calcium, magnesium, potassium. They are all important.

Maybe you finally found something that works well for you? I would say make sure you are getting enough water, it helps me feel hungrier sometimes. But sounds like its good for you so far. I would see where it takes you. Good luck!

I'm sorry, but with 3 degrees he shouldnt get spousal support! He was able to work and chose not to. He can get a job and support himself and does not need spousal support and should not be willing to take that from you. If you are unhappy you should try to get out. I am not a fan of divorce but it sounds like you have…

Never heat. It makes the inflammation worse and the injury can't heal. Cold if you can stand it

Oh my gosh....such a hard post. I dont even know where to start. Well the way you said it is fantastic. You sound very supportive and truly concerned with her health which i applaud. I want my husband around for a long time and would have a hard time bring it up to him if i had to. And i am sure approaching a woman is so…

Well first off congrats on the weight loss! That is great! I have a desk job too and my *kitten* actually hurts by the end of the day because of so much sitting. We do have 15 min breaks, so we do go out and walk twice a day while at work. It helps me greatly. Maybe you could try that if possible? Gets you up and moving a…

One can of tuna, one tbs olive oil mayo, slice of pepperjack cheese all on great seed bread and a side of 2 cuties. 450 calories. yum yum

I am back again as well after an almost 60 pound loss. Overweight almost all my life. Lost all that weight, met my husband, got fat, happy and lazy and gained back 73. I have lost 20 of it again and going for 90 overall. Feel free to add me! I am always in need of more friends who are committed. We can do this!

Wow! Nice job! inspired for sure

I wish i had this problem :) I agree with other posters. Nuts, nut butters, cheeses, avocado, whole wheat pasta, add olive oil to dishes you are making where applicable, full fat coconut milk in the can, hummus can add you calories

80% of weight loss is what you put into your mouth. If you are getting good nutrition and enough calories you will not go into starvation mode. I have not worked out at the gym since March and still been averaging 10 pounds per month in April and May. So, it can be done. I do walk on my 15 minute breaks at work and walk my…

Wow!!! That's amazing! Looking to do the exact same thing and feeling totally inspired. Great job! Congratulations.

Excellent!!! Amazing job

Wow! You look incredible. So, a question if it's ok. No skin loss surgery on the stomach? I am 5'2" and have lost 20 pounds with another 70 to go and just wonder if i will need anything surgically after.

I disagree with most the people on here. If you are eating 1200 calories a day and are active 9 hours a day PLUS gym time and weight lifting 1200 calories is not enough. You would have to be getting close to netting only a few hundred or negative calories every day? That is way too much of a deficit. If you are logging…

I do the same where i add the recipe in here and the number of servings and save it and then every time i log it i know i'm getting the right amount
-
Wow!!!! Nice job! :)

For me, it's 100% necessary. If i dont do it and have everything planned out and know exactly how many calories i'm having then i go way too far the other way and just eat whatever and gain 70 pounds (literally). I log all my stuff and i do it in advance. That way i can see how my calories play out every day and what i…

I'm not 5'7", did not just have a baby, and i go to the gym sometimes lol. But, i am around 1500 calories (exception is cheat day on weekends sometimes) and i have an open diary. I am at 62 days on mfp (returning after a long break) and am down 20 pounds. I think i do pretty good in my diary.

I hear you. I was single until I was 31 and got married for the first time when i was 35. It did feel lonely. I decided to give up and just be alone and work on myself and that's when i list 55 pounds and was pretty happy. But, still alone. I get it. But, it will come along. I just try to tell myself all those years of…

I dont know if i'm that fun but inappropriate for sure :D

Pretty much in the same boat as you :) Joined i think in 2011 (or very early 2012) and i will need it to maintain, because when I am not on here i do not do well!
-
Love this thread!!! This is exactly the kind of motivation I needed today and you guys are all so awesome. Lost about 60 pounds the first time around on mfp and hoping to go for more this time. This was a great post! Love all the success stories.

I am sure others have said, but i would say this could depend on your activity level. I have very low, so i dont eat back calories. If you eat 1500 a day, but you burn a 1000 working out you will only net 500 calories, so you would want to eat back some calories. I try not to net less than 1000. If you watch weight loss…
