When doing cardio, I listen to upbeat music - techno, house, top 40 pop such as David Guetta, Calvin Harris, Rihanna, Benny Benassi... When I go to the gym to do weights, i listen to heavy metal music like Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for My Valentine.... I keep it a good mix. :) Gotta get that adrenaline pumping! :)

Last time I replied to this thread was in December... I was currently 143. It has taken some time but I think that's due to my busy work schedule... however, it's now 5/19/12 and this is my progress: I am 5'5". I started at 146, I am currently at 133.8 My goal weight is 130, however if I go below 130, that's fine with me.…

I'm 5'5'' Started this week at 146. I'm currently at 143. I'm not setting a time on my progress. Just letting it go day by day and trying to learn what triggers me to over eat, (i.e., emotional eating, etc.). GL all!! :)
