Been doing my wii Zumba (at least last 2 days) hit a 500 cal burn yesterday and today. hit over 1500 (2150)cals for week, a goal i've been aiming at for over a month!! yeah!!

Went up 2 lbs over the long weekend. Back down to where I started thanksgivig, yay! hoping it keeps going havent exercised for 2 days.. Iamslimandfit- you can do it. The secret is to keep going. (as you said).

yes I have and it is annoying. The count was 100 calories light yesterday- assuming the macros were correct. I suspect it is a combo of manufacturers not being accurate on labels, and users not being careful on entering. Every time I have checked them they are wrong. I used to use another site that when you created an item…

Sounds like you might need to increase your healthy fats, Avocados and nuts are good. Fat and fiber will make you feel full longer. A small increase in calories might help too. Every time my weight stalls I up the calories and a couple of pounds fall off.

My husband has gone from 300 to 280 lbs and his snoring is way quieter, some nights no snoring. There is hope for you. I'm very happy and getting much better sleep now.

Finally lost .6 lb. I've been bounce 1.6 lbs for almost 3 weeks. Saw a new number on the scale this morning hopefully it will keep showing me new numbers. I've been putting in more exercise this week.

Couldn't weigh myself while out of town, I lost a LB a week. been home a week lost .4 (I actually went up for a few days- I usually don't fluctuate up). I guess being hyper vigilant, not having a scale to know what I was doing helped. I am visually smaller and have been doing killer exercise routines (be fit on On-Demand).
