  • If you feel ready to move on to Level 2 do it. No shame if you have to come back down to level 1. If you do try level to and come back to level 1 it will probably make level 1 seem easier.

  • Finished day 6, did it 1st thing this morning before eating and feel great and energized. Sometimes it is slow and steady to win the race. I think being sure to drink lots of water helps too, and not to eat too low of calories. I went up 100 calories yesterday and see a slight dip in weight today

  • I haven't gained, but I haven't lost either. My scale does show me down 1% body fat. My pants are loose. I need 1 size down but I can't find them. Can't imagine that I threw them away.(on my way up)
  • did day 4. It is getting easier, I'm lasting longer on the jumping jacks and jump rope.   • the 1st 2 days i used Calisthenics vigorous, today it occurred to me to look at circuit training general. Both came really close to what my HRM read.
  • Those side lunges kill me too, it's the weights that kill me. I'm using 3 lbs, went and bought 2 pounds just for that exercise. I also read somewhere of continuing the exercise without the weights if it gets to be too much

  • Did day 3 today. I noticed my heart rate isn't as high indicating more efficiency, it also means that I'm not burning quite as many calories. My pecs still hurt from push ups. I can do more vigorous jumping jacks and jump rope each day. Those bicycle crunches kill my abs.

  • Finished day 2. Mostly it was easier than yesterday, other than the push ups. I knew yesterday that my pecs would hurt today and they did. I mostly had to do wall push-ups.
  • Did day 1 today. Hoping my arms will still move tomorrow after the push ups. When Jillian said I know you want to turn off this DVD, I really did want to. If not for this challenge I probably would have too. My 13 yo granddaughter was in the room laughing at me the whole time.

  • I'm in. Counting on being more consistent in a group. By myself I say I will and then I don't. Already did JM's banish Fat Boost Metabolism this morning, well at least as much as I could.
