Get yourself some Zicam oral spray, or tablet melts and take it every 4 hours. The zinc in that stuff really helps cut down on the severity and duration of a cold. I eat both. I actually like the original, and I wasn't sure that I would. My kids like both, also. Hungry Girl uses the original for a lot of breading and cooking techniques, but I think it is just fine as cereal too. It is also pretty filling, which is great.

I was only able to exercise for 2 or 3 days, due to migraines. I am still plugging away, though, and need to take my measurements, along with my weight. Still meeting my calorie goal.
