Hi!! Congrats on your massive weight loss!! Good luck with the 5k, sounds like fun!! I was doing the couch to 5K training program, and it is really good! There are some great podcasts with awesome music to keep you going. Have fun!!!!

EXACTLY. You have to lift heavy for this program. I found it really effective and there is still some killer cardio in the program and one with intervals that remind me of Turbo Fire. Good luck, there are a lot of great programs out there.

CRAP! Sorry to hear about your injury! Make sure you listen to your body and rest that ankle so that you don't injure it more or create a longstanding problem. Don't push yourself. You can do a lot of cardio with your arms, like boxing, to keep up your stamina. Sorry again, it truly is a bummer.
