Yeah, I had it a few times, and it's really good! My FIL is a diabetic, and he loves this stuff, since it doesn't raise his blood sugar.

Yes, stretch till YOU feel comfortable, I stretch longer than she does. And drink lots of water to help flush out the lactic acid which causes soreness. Good for you for starting it, I am on level 3 and can't wait to be done with it! :ohwell:

I like agave syrup in my coffee or oatmeal. It is a nice "clean" sweetener and seems to have a low glycemic index. Enjoy it!

Did you take any before and after pics? That might help you see the changes that are happening in your body. You are obviously getting stronger, and any movement is good for the body. Keep it up!

Oh yeah. I'm really sorry, but she annoys me! She is just TOOOOO into it! I love Turbo, but this chick looks like she is on speed or something. Yes, just be wary on Ebay, if it sounds too good to be true, it is usually a bootleg copy. Sadly, I think my Chalean Extreme copy is bootleg. A good used copy seems ok. Have fun! I love Turbo Fire!

WOW. Maybe there are techniques you can use to try to desensitize yourself regarding needles. I don't know, I'm not an expert at this, but start looking at photos of needles, and you can click off when it gets too much. Then progress from there. Hey, JM! Don't lift too heavy, too soon to avoid injury. Work up to super heavy weights, and choose the one that brings you to exhaustion when the reps are over. Have fun! I might start the CE/Turbo Fire hybrid Monday.

Cool, guys! Weather permitting, I cycle 4 miles to work one way. Don't ride home at night, because it's midnight. Sounds like you are really going to up the cals. Enjoy being green, and getting fit all in one.

Since it came out! I also love anything else Chalene does. I have her Chalean Extreme (weight lifting) and her Turbo Fire, (Turbo Jam on crack!). TJ is such a fun workout! She turned my workouts around, from being all serious to actually having a blast! Keep it up, you'll really reap all the benefits of a great workout.
