It's hard to make that choice of changing the way we live. The support we get here at MFP is a great first start. But while we all want to be supportive and say don't worry if your not seeing results, in some cases, we should be helping by holding people accountable for their lack of action. Things will not change if you…

For me I had to find something that gave me a purpose to workout. I started trying to run 5K's and sprint Triathlons. This gives me a goal and a purpose to my workouts. The bottom line is to try find a workout that is convenient. I have some workouts that I do when I have plenty of time and then I have some that only take…

Great Job! It does work, thanks for sharing!

Blasphemy! I work out hard and will have my occasional wine or beer. Of course I do have to earn the calories with workouts!

You might lose 15 lbs in a month but this will be artificial weight loss. If you really want to do something lasting, set up a long steady weight loss program and change your habit patterns. Get on a good diet and plan to lose 1 to 2 lbs max per month. Make sure you get into a exercise program. If you set up a goal of too…

If you go to the website, they have some recommended ways to make the shakeology. I would say like others have said to use a blender with some ice to make it more like a shake. You can get to the website at: http://FitToPerformOnline.com and hit the shakeology link.

There is definately a time where the body will go into a starvation mode if you don't eat enough. The bottom line is, set a realistic weight loss goal over a period of time. That way you can maintain it over the long haul. I have had many times that my weight would stabilize and then a few weeks later would drop alot. I…

P90X works great. Insanity is also a great workout. It depends what you are looking to do. You can see both at the following website: http://FitToPerformOnline.com Drop me a line if you have any specific questions on either.

Hi, welcome to the site. I have been doing this calorie counting since July. I have lost at least 15 lbs, but I don't weigh myself everyday or even week so I'm not sure what I weigh today. I went through periods where I didn't lose then all of a sudden I would drop. So I stopped weighing on a regular basis, instead I just…

Great Job staying the course. That's what I do when I get to the end of the day and find that I don't have enough uneaten calories to end up making a meal. Good Job!

Hi, I am 46 started MFP in July and am down 3 inches and 14 pounds. Set reasonable goals and stay the course. I had weeks where my weight didn't go down then all of a sudden it dropped like a rock. Good luck, you can do it if you keep on track..

Great info, I found I was low in this area as well. Thanks for the list.

Yes you should definitely try to increase. I will say that I don't think that MFP is totally accurate in the potassium calculation, it seems a bit low to me. You are probably well below your goal and should try increase this if you can. The other area I had trouble getting to goal was iron, so you might also look at your…

Thanks for the info, so when I add say a food chain sandwhich say, I have to be sure to enter the correct calories and such...or in the case of the p90x workout, I guess I need to approximate the calories burned..??
