run intervals, run walk, run walk. Try doing the c25k program. Look at getting an exercise dvd the more you do or the harder you work the more you will burn
-
I feel SOOOOOO guilty if I go one day without some kind of a workout...and if i don't get atleast runs in in a week I'm hating on myself. Which is kinda not a bad thing. But i'm also I think a lil too obsessive with the calories.

I'm doing it for the second time. I'm on level 1 day 6 I think. I started it in Dec of last year when I first started this journey. Then I did Ripped in 30 then alternated them for awhile then just ran for a while (was training for a half) Decided to start them over. Good Luck!!

Well, I'm feeling very not optimistic for running the whole thing an lots of ppl have suggested doing run/walk intervals. My main goal is to just finish. My next goal is to run the whole thing.
-
I understand that. My big goal is to get ride of this extra roll from my csection getting closer.
-
Mine's continously gotten better and I have 2 creases because I've had 2 csections so I have a crease where you do and one lower. My only suggestion is keep at it! You've done great this far.
-
mines technically last night. I ran the fast 6 miles I've ever ran..also the best interval times too..
-
Thanks everyone. my best run mileage wise is 9 miles. I run at least 10 miles a week total but generally more like 15-20 miles a week. I just wondered too because I'm still pretty slow. averaging 12-13 min miles.

Happens to me too. However everyone in my running group says it gets better the longer you have been running.
