Thank you for the suggestions. I know refocusing on portion control should help get things started, but i hadn't really considered a calorie count for meals we eat frequently that's a good idea.

I have been fitted I've been running for about 3 years now. I got to a actual running store. The shoes were perfectly comfortable during my run, my shins are just a little sore. I wondered if it was from changing brands of shoes.

I know you probably think (at least I did) that running means running like your being chased by an axe murdering clown...well it doesnt. Slow it down and run at a pace where you could still talk without dying. I've been running for a year and a half and I still have to force myself to slow down an realize I don't have to…

Almost everything i've ever seen has screwed up portion sizes. Like poptarts..... i serving is 1 poptart not 2 in the package...ramen noodles is half the package.....i don't remember what brand but once i saw 1/4 c of ice cream...really!?!??! Or on bisquick a serving is 1/3 cup but recipes always call for 1 cup.... they…

I did like 2 or so weeks of it and went on vacation for a week and i just don't care for it....plus when you have 2 toddlers its hard to workout for that long.

I have 2 more days of the DVD i'm on then I'm going to start a Ketllebell workout DVD i bought on Amazon...i've heard they are supposed to be crazy effective!!!

I unfortunately have to use the treadmill A LOT and am the same way. Intervals help a lot...covering the distance an time with a towel and counting songs helps me a lot. Also i have a small tv and dvd player in front of mine. Hoping to get to the point where I can run an entire Harry Potter movie again!
-
I'm just a lil taller at 5'2 and would like to be 135. Started out about 190 and am about 151 also. Great job on your loss so far thats huge!!
