  • Google says 400 lbs. WW = Weight Watchers. I have that scale and I like it. Well I like it when it goes down lol.

  • I'm in the same boat. I've been using Myfitnesspal on and off for a year or so. I'm finally committed to not Not Starting Over! So i'd be happy to add and help motivate and vice versa! Good Luck. Remember it's one day at a time!
