It can feel so hard. But every time you finish you can say "Damn, I did that!" and that feeling is worth the pain. And each time you do a little bit more and before you know it a few months go by and you look back and are amazed at how far you've come.

For me, exercise is the best antidote to stress there is. It helps so much to take a walk or bike ride or hit the gym when I'm feeling overwhelmed.

Google "bodyweight exercises" and start there before you buy anything. Once you get the hang of those you can add weights for extra oomph.
