I used to be a huge pasta eater.. now I make Spaghette squash (great pasta alternative) and toss with diced tomatoes and organic grass fed ground beef and top with fresh grated parmesan cheese. A large helping is only 7 - 8 net carbs.

Last night I had a great low-carb dinner. I had Spaghetti Squash (a great alternative to spagheti) then i tossed it with diced tomatoes, organic grass-fed ground beef, and grated romano cheese. it was FANTASTIC and only about 10 - 12 (7-8 net) carbs for the entire dinner.

Right now one of my favorite low-carb meal is Pizza, since i always want it. I take 1/2 of a chicken breast and pound it out to about 1/4" then broil/bake it.. i use this as my crust. i pat it dry then top it with all my favorite pizza topping (sliced tomatoes, spinach and fresh mozzorella) then bake it for about 10-12…
