  • VOD is Video on Demand. I get through my Digital Cable. It's kind of like Pay pre View only btter, you get for 24 hours and you can whatch it as many time as you want whenever you want. you aren't stuck whatching it at a certain time and if you don't get through it the first time you have plenty of time to whatch it later.

  • Keep taking Aspirin or Iduprofen they work best for sore muscles as they have anti inflammatories in them. Alternate between heat and cold. 20 on 10 off.
