I'm at that point right now. I haven't lost any weight in a few weeks and it's cause I have lost motivation and slacked off. I joined a new gym that has some zumba and kickboxing classes. I'm hoping that helps. Its an uphill battle sometimes. But I keep on trucking.

you get credit for logging in. It announces I have logged so many days as soon as I've logged in in the morning. I know what your are talking about because to me it doesn't seem like too much of a loss. It can be slightly deterring.

That sort of thing happens to meet about a week and a half before my TOM. My body holds all it can in in case it needs it. Makes me feel so bloated and ugly. I am with you on this! I actually love going to the gym. I like the atmosphere...it's not so cold. I actually go to the Y and my daughter has a membership and can join me or swim. I have been on this site since January and am still addicted and it has worked wonders for me. My weight loss has been slow steady and healthy!

I understand the fee for that part. But it is really hard to navigate the free online community. My daughter goes to the Y with a program that is free with a nutritionist and personal trainer. I just wanted her to have the opportunity to use the facebook like online community they advertise as free.

I go an hour or so after breakfast to the gym. My gym has an actice trax program that gives me routines for the nautilus machines and I ride the elliptical for 45 minutes. And I try to fit in at least one zumba class a week in and those are usually in the evening.

there is an activity for snow shoveling....it's not exactly what you are doing...but I kow I burned a whole lot having to dig my car out for thirty minutes this winter.

You may either be allowing yourself too many calories or not enough. An extreme either way can hinder weight loss.

I'm fairly large breasted as well. I just kind of put it under the band of my bra. It's still close to the heart and can count your heart rate. I actually placed my hand there while exercising to see if I could feel my heart beating and I could.

I count each ingredient as a whole then add those up to get a total amount for the recipe. Then I divide it by the number of servings I plan to divide it into. It takes a bit of leg work. If you plug it all into the recipe builder tool it makes it a lot easier. I hope this helps.

All I know is if I go into complete denial of the things I love I am more likely to binge. Everything in moderation. I also love veggies so that helps.

I've noticed a difference on how I start my day out with food. if I make a mini bagel with an egg than I stay satisfied throughout the day because I'm not starving at each meal.
